Facilities
We operate from our 15000 square feet facility in Builth Wells. From our rural location there is easy access to the main road network particularly the North West, South Wales and the South West which are all within striking distance. The premises have been customised into areas of manufacturing, tool stores, material stores, goods in and out, plus there is regular call off facility for planned and regular orders.
Environmental
On new tooling and for every new project we have introduced hot runner systems to minimise waste. Everything product is designed with waste management in mind. We work closely with the Carbon Trust which still operates in Wales and due to the collaboration have a drying facility in place. Working with the Welsh government we’re looking to minimise waste on existing older tooling.
Capability
With 27 Arburg machines ranging in 35-200 tonne, we have the capability to produce a vast and diverse range of injection moulded products. Technology is in place with robotics and measuring capability plus there is constant supervision from highly trained people who ensure that product quality is never compromised. Regular servicing ensures that machines are maintained for optimum performance.
Accreditation
We work to ISO 9001/2015 ensuring that controls and processes are in place at each stage of the operation. We are based in a BREEAM building which makes it energy efficient and environmentally friendly and echoes our commitment to producing products in a way that is sustainable. The active application of our ISO accreditation enhances our customer satisfaction levels.
